　　关注世界，关爱生命。十载春秋，芳菲实小，百年籀园，孕育现代“笑园”。

　　从创校之初的16个教学班，42名教师，523名学生，至今多个校区，多种形式办学，学校从无到有，从小到大，沐浴着新课程改革的春风健步前行。

　　求索创新，精神本色。国际化办学、配方制课程、差异性教学、特色化建构、创新教育、生命德育以及“上不封顶、下要保底”的评价机制等改革实验，赋予了办学理念——“创适合孩子发展的教育”的无限张力。两项教改实验成果在国内产生影响，“一千零一夜家庭实验室计划”得到温家宝总理的认可，“整理课”得到国家教育部、中国教育报刊社等领导专家的关注和引领，并多次在《人民教育》、《中国教育报》做专版特别报道。

　　对话辐射是实验小学的光荣使命。培训各地教师，支援西部教育，发行籀园文丛，谱写了“实验小学是大家的”的宏伟篇章。
